Summary of Pyramus and Thisbe

      The story of Pyramus and Thisbe is very much like the story of Romeo and Juliet. In the begining it talks about how their parents  did not agree that they love each other. they lived in the same building but it was separated by a wall. they soon found out that there was a crack in the wall and at night when every one was asleep they would talk to each other throught the crack. one day they agreed that they would secretly meet in some fields. when thisbe arrived she found out that there was a lion there so she hid behind a rock accidentally dropping a veil that she had been wearing and the lion covered it with some blood. after a while Pyramus arrived and found the bloody veil and he thought that Thisbe was dead so he killed himself with his knife. when Thisbe thought that it was safe to come out she found Pyramus dead on the ground she picked his knife up and killed herself.
